Glenning Valley Child Care Centre Overview

Glenning Valley Child Care Centre is a locally owned long day care service in Glenning Valley, offering care for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Established in 1995, it operates Monday to Friday, 7 am to 6 pm, for 50 weeks a year.

Our Team and Facilities

The centre is divided into age-specific rooms and provides meals, sunscreen, linen, and nappies. We are dedicated to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow.

Our Rooms

We provide quality care and education for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years and is licensed for 46 children per day across the following rooms and age groups. Each room features washrooms, bag locker areas, play spaces, air conditioning and secure access to keep your children comfortable, safe and happy.

Raindrop Room – 0-2 years
Rainbow Room – 2-3 years
Sunshine Room – Preschool

Centre Hours During Holiday Periods

Our Service operates 50 weeks of the year between the hours of 7.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. The service is closed on NSW Public Holidays and during a shutdown period for approximately two weeks, which typically occurs over the annual Christmas holiday period. Please contact us if you have any questions about our availability and hours.

Our Service Standards

We provide all meals throughout the day, sunscreen (SPF 50+) and linen and nappies are also provided to all children under 2 years old.

Glenning Valley Child Care Centre has been assessed by the NSW Department of Education as meeting the National Quality Standard for Early Childhood Education and Care. We pride ourselves on providing an environment that supports and nurtures play and learning.

Our little centre on the hill is tucked away within the Glenning Valley residential homes. We are a two storey building, with an interesting yard filled with spaces for your child to learn and grow. We believe in the play based learning programs we provide.
